Plumbing Maintenance Contract – Gauteng Region

Dlambili Consulting was appointed to provide plumbing maintenance services to various client departments and public facilities across the Gauteng Region.

The 36-month maintenance contract provides for plumbing services to be undertaken on an as-and-when-required basis, enabling Dlambili to respond efficiently to maintenance needs across multiple facilities and locations. The contract covers a range of routine, preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance requirements to ensure the continued functionality and reliability of essential building services.

Dlambili’s scope includes the inspection, maintenance, repair and replacement of plumbing infrastructure, including water supply systems, sanitary installations, drainage systems, pipes, valves, fittings and related components. Through responsive mobilisation, quality workmanship and accountable service delivery, we provide practical plumbing solutions that minimise disruptions, address maintenance requirements promptly and support the safe and efficient operation of public facilities.
