Our Story began in December 2008 when our Company was first registered. Throughout the years, from a one-man operation doing site cleaning and site establishment for leading and established South African construction companies, we know that we have earned our stripes in this field.
Our Motto has always driven us to deliver quality at an affordable rate. As per our Motto, “We Do It Differently” — you might want to know what differentiates us from the rest. With projects spanning across five provinces, we have a presence in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West, Eastern Cape and Limpopo. Through our sister companies and JV Partners, we have the capacity to deliver projects ranging from R3M to R250M. We are serious about contributing to employment creation and are proud to say that, in the current financial year (2026/27), through all our projects as Dlambili and with our sister companies and JV Partners, we have created 160+ employment opportunities.

Historical timeline
Dlambili Consulting was founded in December 2008 as a one man operation by Bheki Masilela an Admitted non-practising Attorney. The main focus was site cleaning and establishment for Main Contractors. From the beginning we set out to build a Company driven by affordability, quality and a commitment to do things differently.
Through years of working alongside leading and established South African construction companies, we gained the experience, expertise and confidence to take on greater challenges. Every project became an opportunity to learn, grow and earn our place in the industry.
Our footprint expanded across Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Northwest and Limpopo with Capabilities spanning from General Building, Civil and Plumbing. Due to different client demand Dlambili also added other related specialist Construction services such as Fencing, Roofing and Engineering Services. Emphasis was also placed on strengthening our Operating Systems and aligning them with ISO Standards.
With Projects for clients including Eskom, Prasa, National Department of Public Works, ARC, Northam Platinum and private sector partners amongst others, we continue turning capability into results. We have formed strategic alliances within the field and are proud to say we have capacity to deliver Projects between R3m and R250m. Our Projects and Partnerships have so far contributed to the creation of 160+ Employment Opportunities in this current financial year (2026/27).
